Do I need to make an appointment to try on dresses?
Yes - We want to give our customers the service they expect and the best service we can. At this time we cannot take walk ins for Bridal Gown and Bridesmaid appointments. This is to ensure our customers receive the best experience and service possible!
How long does a Bridal Gown or Bridesmaid Dress appointment last?
Your Bridal Gowns appointment is scheduled for up to 1 hour and 45 minutes. Your Bridesmaid appointment is for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
What should I bring to my appointment?
You do not need to bring anything with you, just an open mind and your closest loved ones and friends!
How many people can I bring with me to my appointment?
We suggest to bring the people with you who will help you make the perfect decision. We have seating for about 3 people during our busiest times, but if you wish to bring more, there is always standing room!
Will I have a private dressing room?
Of course! We want you to feel comfortable at Brandi's, so you will have a private dressing room where a stylist can help you. We do not want you to have to dress in front of anyone else. Your party will have seating outside of your dressing room alongside our runways!
Can we bring our own champagne or wine?
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the salon. However, we do gift you a free glass of wine on us at our local winery when you say YES to the dress!
What are the price ranges in your store?

Am I allowed to look through the bridal gowns myself?
Of course! We want you, the Bride, to be in charge! We bring you and your party into our two magnificent bridal gown rooms and you get to touch and feel each gown! We just met you and no one knows your style like you do, so we want you to pull some gowns to try on. Your stylist will probably go back and pull a few more during your appointment once you find a style you love. All of our bridal gowns are arranged by price, so it is easy to stay within your price point.
Do you sell Wedding Dresses off the rack?
We have a wonderful selection of Gowns you can buy right off the rack and take home with you that day! These gowns are ideal for those quick weddings or if you're looking for a great deal! They are on sale and can be taken out of the store the day you buy your gown.
Do I need an appointment to try on Mother's dresses?
We offer mother's shopping appointments during the week. Work with one of our expert stylists during your 45 minute appointment to find the perfect dress!
On Saturdays, all of our mother's shopping is done by walk-in and is more self-service. We reserve two fitting rooms all day on Saturdays for mother's shopping.

When should I order my dress?
Once you've said "Yes" to your fiancé, it's time to say "Yes" to your dress! Usually ordering your bridal gown is one of the top 3 things a bride does after she gets engaged. Your bridal gown will set the tone for your entire wedding, from your venue, to the color of your bridesmaid dresses! Bridal Gowns take approximately 3-7 months to come in, and you need to remember to leave at least 3 months for alterations - so we suggest ordering AT LEAST 9 months before your wedding to avoid any additional charges for rush fees.
Bridesmaid dresses take approximately 3-5 months to come in; remember to leave time for getting the dresses to your bridesmaids and 3 months for any alterations.
Accessories take approximately 2-4 months to come in.
Mother's dresses take approximately 3-5 months to come in, and please keep in mind that alterations take 3 months, so allow for at least 8 months before the wedding to avoid any additional charges for rush fees.
Many of our dresses are available for Rush delivery at an additional cost.

Do you offer alterations?
We do not offer alterations on our gowns, but we have a list of wonderful seamstresses that can accommodate our customers. We will give you their contact information upon purchase!
Does Brandi's offer any discounts?
YES we do! When you become a Brandi's Bride (upon purchase of your bridal gown with us), your bridesmaids will also receive 10% off their dresses. Buying a bridal gown through Brandi's Bridal Galleria makes you a member of our Brandi's Platinum Rewards Club, which gives you many other discounts throughout the entire store on items including accessories and undergarments. If the Bride gets her bridal gown with us and Bridesmaid dresses, Mom's get a 10% discount on their dresses.
Can I cancel an order or return a dress?
All sales are final and cannot be cancelled. Because each item is made-to-order, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances.
Does Brandi's carry Prom or Homecoming dresses?
I'm sorry, but Brandi's does not carry prom or homecoming dresses.
Can children/kids come to my appointment?
We do love children, but out of respect to our Brides & Customers, we please ask that no children under the age of 12 are allowed.
