I went to Brandi's for my very first dress appointment. I had no idea of what I've always dreamt of but wanted to try a little of everything. My stylist and I couldn't have had a better match! She was so easy going and understanding and patient! I couldn't have been more thankful for the experience at Brandi's. I ended up saying yes! At my first Appointment! Never thought that would happen but their selection is insane! I highly recommend!

After a bad experience at another local bridal ship, Brandi's was able to completely turn my attitude about dress shopping around. My stylist had a wonderful demeanor and did an excellent job of picking out dresses and accommodating all of my groups picks for me. I never felt rushed or pressured at all. My stylist was excellent at making sure we stayed in my budget and new what the price was on anything slights over before I tried it on. She also pulled a bridesmaid dress in a similar color to my bridesmaid dresses so I could see whey they look like next to mind and make sure I liked that as well. I found my dream dress and purchased on my first visit. This is what dress hopping should be like. I cannot recommend Brandi's enough!

Went to Brandi's for my first time dress shipping and didn't know what to expect. My stylist was patient and helped me so much along the way to find the perfect style. It was such a comfortable and pleasant experience! I will recommend Brandi's to anyone who needs to find a dress!

Brandi's was my first experience shopping for my dress. I pride myself on being a super confident woman and walking into that store had me so overwhelmed and stressed. Panic mode took over. My stylist took me into a dressing room before looking at any gowns and just asked me questions about myself and my groom. I let her know how panicked I was feeling and even started to tear up in fear. She calmed me down and guided me through the next steps. I was so grateful for her. She picked out a few dresses that really met what I thought I was looking for. Have a blast and keep on making us crazy ladies feel special and calm!!!

I had my Bridal Appt recently at Brandi's! My stylist was so easy to work with and helped me advocate for myself by taking the stress away when I didn't like a style of dress my mom and mother-in-law kept pulling. My stylist really took the time to find out more about me, and walked my group around before just letting us loose in the store. She never picked anything out of my budget and helped me work through some emotions. I HIGHLY recommend Brandi's!

I went to Brandi's to look for my dream gown, since my wedding is 50 days away I was very skeptical as to whether or not I'd be able to find something beautiful and within my budget. I knew I had no time to order a gown so I was a bit overwhelmed at first and again, skeptical thinking I wouldn't be able to find anything. I worked with Amy and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and was very honest with me about price, sizes, styles and set the correct expectations due to little to no time to order. I tried on a handful of gowns and found one I absolutely loved. Nicholas was also present at the time of my appointment and made me feel so special. Since my parents weren't with me I decided to wait and come back a few days later.
Today I went back with my parents and was told that another bride was interested in the same gown and that it was placed "in the back" but I could try on again. My heart sank when I heard this...come to find out my parents purchased the gown for me the day after I had tried it on and Nicholas helped plan the surprise for me. Once the gown was in the fitting room Amy asked I check the price and look over the dress to confirm it's the one I wanted...This whole morning was unbelievable. Years of searching for the right gown, many appointments and Amy and Nicholas helped to make this a memory I'll never forget.
I couldn't have asked for better service, they all made me feel so amazing and beautiful, now I pray the veil can come in time for my big day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I live 2 hours away so every time I would need to go for a fitting I would spend at least 4 hours in the car and it was worth every minute! The staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. Finding my dress was a fun and joyful experience not to mention they had hundreds of dresses. My dress was perfect! Guests are still talking about the dress! I have to give a shout out to Janis who was in the store for all my appointments. Even if she wasn’t working directly with me that day she would pop in to see how everything was going. I can’t say enough about this staff and have already recommended them to four of my friends who are getting married.

I was looking for a particular designer for my wedding dress. Brandi's was so helpful in accommodating me from getting my dress brought to the store all the way to my final fitting. To being, Brandi's was such a great experience when I picked my dress for my special day. Once my dress arrived, they worked very hard to accommodate my busy schedule to allow me to try it on so i could order a veil to match. If you are thinking about selecting Brandi's you will be 100% satisfied. Without the team that works at Brandi's my wedding day wouldn't be as amazing as it was. The experience and knowledge of the staff members is beyond standard. Cheers to all the staff at Brandi's for your amazing work!!

Had a great experience yesterday! The store is Beautiful and very welcoming. We were greeted the second we walked in the door and given a tour. So many beautiful dresses to chose from in all price ranges. All of the employees were very friendly. My stylist was awesome! She was very knowledgeable. The girls even brought me over bridesmaids dresses and held them next to me with my …finished look which gave me a great visual of the “big day” which really helped me make my decision. The staff was not pushy at all, which I really liked. I am a hairstylist who sees many brides to be and I will be referring them all here!! Thanks for the AMAZING experience:)

My Bridal consultant was Hannah and she was simply amazing! She gave my guests and I a tour around the store, described the layout in detail and made the entire experience so memorable from the second we walked in the door. She truly listened to my wants and needs and really tuned into what was important to to me. She truly made finding my wedding gown, a once in a lifetime experience. Your Store is incredible and nothing in the surrounding area would even come close in comparison. I just wanted to thank you for helping make my dreams come true. Everything you dream of growing up with regards to finding the perfect gown, my stylist took that above and beyond what I ever could’ve imagined.

When I was looking for a wedding dress I went to two places. One was a Madison location and the other was Brandi’s. On the first visit to both places, the experience was great! At Brandi’s specifically, my consultant was very knowledgeable and very kind. I went in not really knowing what I wanted and she pulled great options for me to try on. They offered a great selection of bridal gowns as well as a wide price range. My second visit to each store decided it. Our wedding had changed to a destination wedding and therefore I wanted a different type of dress, so I was basically starting from scratch. While the Madison store showed their obvious annoyance in having to start over with me and refused to show me dresses by a particular designer, the consultant at Brandi’s was extremely accommodating and understanding! I found my dress there on this visit and all of my experiences were perfect! I would highly recommend Brandi’s to anyone!

I had such a wonderful experience at Brandi’s from trying on dresses, to picking up my dress couple days before my wedding. When I first went in there with my mom, the sales girl that helped us was so upbeat and fun! I showed her a picture of a dress I loved and she found one that was just like it, and after trying on 20 + dresses I ended up with the one she picked out that was similar to the one in the picture! When I put my dress on on the wedding day I said to my friends and family I never want to take this off! It was perfect and I can’t thank Brandi’s staff enough for making my dream dress come true!

They are so helpful and flexible. will allow you to find/pick your own dresses while also suggesting dresses for you. they don’t limit the amount of dresses you can try so you can really look at anything and everything. so accommodating!!

All the staff at Brandi’s Bridal Galleria were amazing! The first trip there was great. The sales lady was super helpful and the dress came in perfect! I got everything there – my shoes, my veil, my headpiece. I was completely taken care of from the day I bought my dress to the day I picked it up steamed and pressed 2 days before my wedding. I also got all my bridesmaid dresses from them – and they were beautiful too!

Amazing selection and customer service. Everything went off without a hitch! I loved my experience with Brandi’s and would recommend them to any bride!

I bought my dress, accessories, all of my attendant’s dresses and their accessories at Brandi’s and had a great experience at each visit! Their staff was extremely helpful, everything was ordered correctly and came in when we were told it would come in. I emailed Brandi a question and she responded promptly. I have shopped at Brandi’s before for my friend’s weddings (who had great experiences as well) and I recommend them to everybody!
