| About Brandi Brandi's Bridal Galleria, Etc. is a "dream come true" for owner, Brandi Nehmer. Brandi is a Wisconsin native whose experiences in the "world of fashion" brought her back to Wisconsin to fulfill her dream of sharing the excitement of planning a wedding with the new bride who truely wants to have the "wedding of her lifetiime." Brandi received her BS in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Illinois State University. Part of her education included fashion-study abroad in Paris and London. After graduation, she had an intership with designer, Kenneth Cole in New Yoirk City. Upon completing her internship, Brandi accepted a position with Macy's West Department Stores Corporate offices in San Francisco. When Brandi decided it was time to return to her roots in Wisconsin, she searched for the best way to continue in retail where she could help people find what best fits their needs. After much research and co-ordinating many weddings, she saw a great need in the Madison area to create a bridal salon where the new bride, with her friends and family, would feel welcome, excited, and comfortable. Brandi often tells her brides when they come to her salon, "Choosing the gown of your dreams should be one of the most excting experinecs of your lifetime. It is a priviledge for us to be a part of helping you plan the wedding of your dreams. As corny as it may sound, our brides seem like family to us. We are part of such an important decision in your lives and we don't ever want to take that lightly." |
